Can we be supportive - 59, Lost, Fat, Lonely and hanging on by that thread!

Wow, last year I found this site and went from 185 to 170 for daughters wedding (did great). That was Aug and I'm really suffering (not just the weight) - I've gained it all plus 5 (yep 190), but been off work 3.5 yrs, on workcomp/losing my MIND it feels like with major panic attacks now along with the deep sadness so I see their therapist on 7th (scared to death) but glad. Had MAJOR surgeries in both feet (was flight attendant) and doubtful to ever fly again so only God knows what they'll do with or to me. Daughter moved to another state, I'm alone but have a renter (a guy) who's been verbally/emotionally abusive at times and I do recognize and praying I get emotionally strong and actually find real love again this year (that's the goal) but I may be looking for a new career (I'm OLD) so I KNOW part of this girl's self esteem is to look and feel good hence, body imagine issues yet again, so I pray you guys will come on my page if I'm doing this correctly and just motivate not just me, but we become our own little HONEST family. I'm also a minister who does NOT bible bash, (just really walk with Him and love Him) so yes, I do help others (you know how that goes, we can all help others yet we can't get a grip ourselves, lol) omg, we're ALL just HUMANS passing thru this crazy world until we can be FREE - So New Year and I'm going to try to do my best to lose which for me means I have to stay at 1,000/cal give or take to lose - but it's not just about weight for me either. I need to feel better emotionally and get my butt UP and off this chair - so fitbit coming Friday to use my mini tramp to walk on since I can't walk to far with these feet that are messed up now :( - Look, if I can do this alone, no one has an excuse - so please write - I'd love to hear your stories, encourage each other and simply LOVE one another (I would love to feel family) I have NO ONE other than Keith here :( (and thank God I only see him 15 min a day - for real) - thanks all, hugs, Yana
