Here I go again.

So I’m currently at my highest weight. Not something I’m proud of at all but it’s reality. A bit about me...I have been overweight since I was about 15 (now 28) and I’ve gone up and down but never ever where I wanted to be. I do have an ED. From looking at me you would assume I binge but you’d never guess I’m bulimic as well. It’s not a constant thing but when I’m on a cycle I do it for days. Anyone have any idk advice? How do you STOP the binging. I really want to get down to my goal of 140 and I’m pretty far from that. In the next year and a half I’m going on a sister vacation to Hawaii and getting married and I want to look and feel beautiful l.
