Hi - looking for people to really help me lose the lbs!

Hello you may call me Moth or Daniele, doesn't matter. I am a 22 year old female, 5'2, at 135 lbs..
My goal for the short-term is 120lbs. long term is 115-110.
Really, I don't even know where to begin.
I don't know how to exercise (oh, i enjoy it, but really, how do you know how to find the workouts that give real results?)
I don't really know how to run, or jog. There are really cool runs that are held locally, but I'm not in shape to join one.
I don't know how to determine how many calories are lost by doing whatever activity i am doing (i am always doing some kind of 'work-out' on youtube.. )
I'm scared to pay a fee to join a gym to just be to afraid to visit and work-out in front of people..or even have time in between my weird work schedule to be able to)
Every time i try to find info online, I don't come up with much that fits my lifestyle or needs.
I would love to meet people who can help, or even just to chat, please, add me. ! I could really use the support.
