Return of the Merc!

Back in 2011, I was a member of this community, under the handle, "Merc71."
I had a successful weight loss; going from 245 to 198.
Then life got in the way, years passed, retired from the Army, got a new job and moved.... and fell of the wagon. BIG TIME.
I'm now the heaviest I've ever been -- 254.
But I can do this. I've done it before.
Sooo.... yeah!
