Hi, Everyone!
It's been quite an interesting few years for me. In 2012, I embarked on a weight loss journey, and by 2013, I was in the BEST SHAPE of my life. I had been food logging with Daily Burn, and went from 325 down to 180. I was in fantastic shape... and kept it off for 5 years. I ran marathons, finished the Spartan Trifecta, and hit the gym almost every day.
In 2016/2017, I had a relapse. It wasn't a complete and utter relapse, but I put some on the weight I had so painstakingly lost. Food logging was replaced with parenting duties, and the things I had bad habits I had been preaching for 5 years for others to give up, I had started doing again. FOR SHAME!
In April of last year, I appeared on Jeopardy. I was around 40 pounds heavier at that point than I wanted to be, and I'm back here, food logging, to make sure I'm doing the little things right.
I'm also doing something a little different... I'm not stepping on the scale for 6 months. At all. Not because I'm against the scale... it's because the number will have a 2 in the front, and that'll upset me, and possibly derail me.
Anyway, glad to be back! If you're interested in a jeopardy picture, I'll post one in the thread...

It was very cool, and the camera wasn't too bad to me! It's quite surreal though.. let me grab a photo!0

I understand the feeling, 2016 was great and I had worked my way down to 200 from 280. It has gradually crept back up but today marks my redo for the last time. We can do this!0

Get back on your horse.. I bet you almost have all the 40 off in six months.2

Here’s a jeopardy picture. Time to get that 40. It feels good to be back in the routine.
If any of you are Fitbit people or food loggers, let me know!3
