    I'm in that hate to run position right now. I still have about 70lbs I think to be where I want to be, so I hoping running will get easier as the weight continues to fall.

    Wow! You are very inspiring. I myself just started this new journey yesterday. :smile: I too ate a lot of fast food and junk as well as being a Mt. Dew addict. I have stopped drinking the Dew for 2 months which is still on occasion difficult. I REALLY liked my Dew. LOL. How it is to work on eating healthier food. I, like you, woke up the other morning thinking "what am I doing". I have tried so many things in the past, only to fail. I'm not giving up. This will be my time. Thanks again for sharing your story and your pictures. Keep up the great work.
