Hey everyone, I’m newly back on my fitness journey. 3 years ago I lost 106 pounds by eating healthy and exercising. I was in the best shape I’ve ever been in and felt great. Well, I got lazy and started skipping the gym and eating unhealthy food. I’ve gained back 48 pounds and literally can’t wear any of my clothes! Any support and encouragement will be greatly appreciated! I’ll be there to support you too!!
