198lbs at 18 years... now down 53lbs 10 years later

Hello!

2019 is the year that I finish a weight loss journey that started over eighteen years ago...

In a nutshell, I was raised in a family with food issues so extensive that I weight 150lbs by the time I was ten-years-old and 198lbs by the time I was eighteen. My max height was only 4'5".

Since removing myself from that situation, going to college, and growing into a fully functional adult living a great life in Tokyo, I've dropped around 53 lbs. Over the past two years, though, I've hit a plateau, but I've recently rekindled my "why" behind the weight loss-- and reminded myself that I have it in me to accomplish this!

I'm aiming to get to around 130lbs (only 15lbs away!) and reassess from there as I've never weighed so little and don't know how it will look on me.
