healthy snack at night & how to sleep better

hello everyone,
I have a sleeping disorder. I get up 4-5 times at night and sometimes it is hard to get asleep when I wake up, cause I get hungry at 3 or 5 in the morning regardless how much I ate before going to bed. But getting up, turning on the light to eat makes me awake and I can't get asleep any more. Could u recommend me some healthy snack to put near my bed in case I am hungry at night, that makes me even sleepier than before and is not fatty or sweet. Fruits and veggies don't work for me, they make me get awake and my guts are not a fan of fiber. Thank u for any answer! Happy new year!

dont get up and dont turn on the light. train yourself to go back to sleep. i get up at least once in the middle of the night for the bathroom. no lights, no nothing, get up, pee, back to bed. im a light sleeper and wake up any time my husband gets out of bed. same thing. dont get active. roll over, close eyes, back to sleep.
getting up between 4-5 is normal for me, but I am up for the day (and certainly not hungry lol)
aside from that if you feel you HAVE to eat (and this sounds more like a habit than actual hunger) you can have whatever you like, just make sure you account for the calories in your daily log.3
