2019 Happy New Year, resolutions and so on...

Hi, and Happy New Year to everyone!
So, I've been on and off MFP for the last couple years. I tend to get bored of the tracking, and as I work in front of a computer most days (engineering), I try to avoid even thinking about turning one on after work. But hey, it's a new year with new challenges coming up.
As usual, thoughts about well intended resolutions have been twirling through my mind... you all now them.. cut the crappy food, exercise more, be more healthy, be more happy... and so on. This year however, I've decided to be a little more specific.
1. I'm going to reduce my 10k running time to somewhere below 48 minutes. (7 min improvement)
2. I'm not going to go all overboard on the eating habits, as it usually ends me up getting sick from not getting enough food (although I wouldn't mind loosing a few kg to reduce fat%, and to keep the car from smelling like fried bacon when using the seat warmer)
3. Enter at least one OCR in the elite class (although the regular class is as hard as you want it to be).
4. Get ready to get the BH and UHP titles with my german shepherd pup..
Is there anyone that would like to share their resolutions?
