In 2019, I want to sort out my health. I am a pretty healthy 42 yr old but have some minor issues with my vision that need addressing. I also avoid doctors unless I'm ill, so this year I plan to actually make preventative medical visits. I'm always good about dental and vision but I want to be better at taking care of myself as I get older.
Also doing a totally dry year (zero alcohol) with my husband, but that's less impressive than it sounds. We maybe shared a bottle of prosecco or six pack of craft beer every few weeks. It will not be hard for us to avoid alcohol.1 -

Yes you can. But first you need to make the most perfect waffle. Then we can start a breakfast diner and take over the universe.0 -

2018 was a rough one. I dealt with a partially torn tendon in my shoulder, trigger finger/tendinitis in my hand, hitting the ditch during a snowstorm, death in the family, breathing problems.
So for 2019.... I want to focus on getting healthy and in shape again, as much as my body will allow me to. That includes dropping 30lbs as I am at the highest weight I have ever seen on my scale. I'd also like to travel some this year. The accident in 2018 helped me realize more that tomorrow is never promised. Today could be your last.2 -
