Day 3 40 and need to lose 40

Guess what? I stepped on the scale and I am already down 5 lbs! Holy moly! Give me a high five. So today I started myself off with a 10 oz black coffee and my 40 oz bottle of water next to it. I'm not eating breakfast because I am eating out for lunch with my kids. Not sure where but I know I can pick healthyish.

    Nice! I usually skip breakfast too. Or sometimes lunch. But never dinner. :D
