hey guys i been doing this workout split for the past 3 years now and just wanted to see what you guys thought of it. i don't think its over training because most muscle groups are given enough time to recover.
monday: shoulders
tuesday: arm day
wednesday: chest day
thursday: back day
friday: leg day
saturday: arms
sunday: chest day.
* please note i include abs and some cardio at the end of these work outs.
what do you guys think?

Why not follow an established plan?0

What does arms include? I'd divide it even more. I don't see calves, biceps, triceps, forearms. I'm guessing you still work them but I find that dividing the days more clearly allows you to plan the exercises for each day better. Also this obviously depends on your goals but why are you doing two chest days a week, just because or is there a reason?
I'd leave a day exclusively for abs.
Again, it all depends on what your goals are.0 -
I'm not a fan of the "bro split" personally...
My thoughts are fairly well summed up here...
