Hi all. I used MFP a couple years ago to lose about 75 lbs. Unfortunately, life got in the way and I fell off the wagon, so to speak. Well, I am back for a second round and determined to lose nearly the same amount again. I failed to make this lifestyle stick for a couple reasons such as returning to grad school, various depressive episodes, and I found myself as a chronically injured runner.
Now that I graduated from school, I want to dedicate that time to self care and improve my overall health. Before I get into my long term goals, I need concentrate on the shorter term and lose the weight. I would really love some online friends to hold me accountable, in a sense, for this journey. Thanks for reading/listening.
