I am doing the Keto diet and wanting to drop around 70 pounds. I would love to have a few friends so we can encourage and support each other

    I did Keto for about 2 months it was incredibly effective. I found the first two weeks getting in to it were the most difficult then after that it was quite easy to maintain.
