3 days into it

God only knows how many diets I've done! I've lost over 100#'s twice in my life and like everyone else I gain it back (always due to lifestyle).
3 days ago I was 268.6# and my goal (top of the BMI for me) is 165. This time though, I'm going to also change my lifestyle. I need to come first.

To that end, NOTHING will get scheduled for the morning (I'm retired so I can do that). That will be my ME time for activities - cycling, NordicTrack in and resistance workouts.

I'm +65 with several injuries so my workouts have to be 30 minutes or less but as long as I switch them up I should be OK.
