Anyone doing/done None to Run?

I just started this program... wondering if anyone else has tried it? I injured myself pretty badly on C25K about 18 months ago as I went too fast with it. I love running and missed it a lot, not to mention I gained weight as I don’t love the gym 😕.
I’m planning to take this slower (the program is 12 weeks, vs 9 for C25K... I will probably do N2R in 14-16) and do some light resistance training to prevent injury again.
Would love to hear others’ experiences!

Hi. I was doing C25K too, but struggled when it included 5 min runs so I have transferred across to None to Run and been doing that for about a month. I am taking it at my own pace and currently between wk6 and wk 7 (i.e. doing 2 min runs with 2 min rests). I havent had any injuries, just aching arches and shins, but this was fixed with new shoes. I have no medical training but it sounds really sensible to be cautious about pushing yourself. I think the most important thing is to keep yourself able to run .... progress will come with time.0
