416 calorie dinner. Zucchini noodles with balsamic mustard, garlic, onions and Parmesan, mushroom ravioli and fresh basil. Seltzer and a Lindor truffle.

I once bought vegan parmesan for pesto for vegan dinner guests and it was gross. In the future will stick to nutritional yeast as a substitute.1
