39 male who’s ready to take it to the next level. Ketosis diet and intermittent fasting are my focus point while starting calisthenics exercising

    I don't do neither Keto or IF (I just don't care for diets, so I need to stick to something that works for me), but I know many people take that road to success! Hope it works well for you :smiley:
