best exercises to tone legs and get rid of cellulite? i do squats sometimes and really need to get back to a daily workout schedule. anything besides sweats that will be helpful? my thighs are gross. thanks in advance

Just about everyone has cellulite to some degree. Don’t let the airbrushed photos of people on social media fool you. Find a leg focused training program and follow that. There is a lot more that can be done to shape the legs other than squats. Strong curves is a really good one and I’ve personally seen significant changes following it for 12 weeks. I’m actually about to run part of the program again.1

In some cases, cellulite can be improved with weight loss and strength training as well as muscle gain, but it is genetic, so there is a good chance you will always have it no matter what, unfortunately. I would recommend following a lifting program. As suggested above, Strong Curves is a great option.
