I lost 10 kg this year, and I really believe its because I changed my whole mindset towards food:
-breakfast is not essential. Eat when hungry.
-it's not necessary to cut out any food group.
-portion control triumphs everything.
-stay away from weight loss internet myths and believe in the cico process.

This year my aim is to incorporate weight training so that I can tone up.
