I'm ready go give my body what it deserves! Feed it the fuel it needs! I did Keto for awhile and lost 30lbs, getting real close to my pre pregnancy weight. 4lbs shy! My body didn't care for the keto lifestyle though.. my digestive system was giving me some real trouble! So now I'm goin to give macronutrients a shot! Anyone have any good tips for macros? I'm currently 174lbs and want to weigh 150-155lbs! I actually would really like to gain some serious strength!
