I have seen some some things suggesting a correlation between cholesterol and testosterone, but I can not find anything that goes into detail on the relationship between the two.
Can anyone point me in the right direction or explain it succinctly?
Thanks!

Is the correlation positive or negative? i.e. does more cholesterol mean more testosterone or does more testosterone mean more cholesterol or vice versa?0 -
Sometimes Hypercholestrolemia causes hypogonadism which might result in low testosterone.0

cholesterol (from the molecular standpoint) in the body is a precursor to steroid sex hormones, one of which is testosterone. i'm sure if you googled 'cholesterol precursor testosterone' you'd come up with plenty of info. hth!0
