Hi Everyone, I'm Kristy from Houston, TX! I'm 39, and ready to get healthy and happy! I've chosen to go with the Keto lifestyle, and am super excited to get started!

I've had some major life changes in the past year (got divorced, relocated, new job), and this is the next step! Bring on the new year, and new me!

    Starting keto too, did low carb last yr, lost 18 pounds but dripped of in Sept and gained it all back. At least i didnt over gain.
