Congrats! What’s your routine? How much have u lost?
I’ve lost almost 50lbs. I started CrossFit in September and have seen the most changes since then. I go at least 3 days a week. That’s it! My diet isn’t the best but I still try to keep it under 1500 calories. I’m planning on doing a clean out with my diet this week to jumpstart the plateau I’ve gotten into.
