This has just started up, and they are driving me crazy ok crazier.
I am a T2D and it plays into this. My ex-employer that I worked for over 30 years, I still have their medical insurance. So what they started in 2018, was for diabetics to get on what is known as the Livongo programs. Which I do like, they send you the Blood Sugar monitor, and send you supplies as needed no cost. Best part is it keeps all the data of each time you test. So you can see logs and charts. Also helpful is I can send to my endocrinologist, and regular Dr. as well. I like this function.
Well now into 2019, they want to lync into whatever I use to track my steps, and my diet. I am like what, what? So I went online and am like I use MFP can we link through that? Waiting to hear back. Then I get an email from the medical carrier which is UHC, which has a different program called Rally. That they want me again to take a new survey, update all my info. And are asking me why I have not linked my step data to them. Because there blankity system is crap, but of course I am not saying that.
Then tonight when I got home, saw an email from the drug company that is the mail order drug company. And they are asking me questions, and asking me again why I stopped some of the diabetes medication. And asking me to give them data. And I am like um that would be no.
So now I am trying to figure who really is in charge of this, to make some calls and call off the dogs so to speak. Really want to find a way to send one place. I know that UHC (insurance company) has all the info they approve and pay for all the tests so the data is in their files. I tried ignoring at first, but all that did was increase calls, texts, emails from all.
