Strength Training Question

I read on your blog the other day about the eight things that sabotage metabolism and saw where no strength training is one of them. I am new to strength training so I found a youtube video for beginners. They even counted how many calories are burned as they took me through the exercises. However, when I put in search activities like planking or squats, it doesn't come up in search. How do I use that part under exercises if there are no results found?

You need to be more general, try searching calisthenics or strength training. :drinker:0

Go to cardio first, then strength or calesthentics1
