Success stories? R u eating back exercise calories?

I lost 40lbs on mfp years ago and cannot remember if I ate back exercise calories.

I know I ate some on Tennis days when I burned 1,000 or more but on elliptical days when I burn 150-200 what’s a girl to do?

I’m also using my polar ft7 hr monitor which is accurate for calorie burned vs mfp which is very generous.

    I personally use a Fitbit and go off those calories to maintain 500 calorie deficit per day. MFP numbers are way off!

    Lost and maintained while eating all of mine. Made a nice difference in mood, adherence and fitness progression.

    Mfp’s numbers worked fine for me and for steady state cardio (elliptical) my HRM burn matched mfp almost exactly.

    I eat around half of mine back in general. If I'm still hungry, I'll eat them all but that's the exception and not the rule.
