Why I am not loosing weight. I try to exercise at least 30 min. a day? I not take in the whole 1200 calories. What do I need to change?

I'm no expert, but I think you should eat at least 1200 calories if that is your lowest range.0

Also bump that workout up to about 45 minutes.... it'll kick start your metabolism0 -
That's the prob, you don't eat enough. Your body NEEDS 1200 cals to function. With the cals you burn because of exercising you put your body in starvation mode and it tries to hold everything it can get. Eat the 1200 cals plus the cals you burn with exercising and your body should start losing weight.0

Your diary is locked, but it sounds like you arent eating enough, you should net AT LEAST 1200 a day or you are starving your body0
