Gaining weight for men

Working out and trying to gain weight/muscle. Never been able to surpass 135 pounds yes I am only 19 but always had a problem struggling with my body so here’s a group for the guys that it’s hard to gain weight but we can do it.

I know you will have heard this a million times but you got to eat. Determine TDEE and add a couple hundred calories, when you stall out add a couple hundred more. Along with eating lots lift heavy and ensure you are progressively overloading, getting stronger and putting on weight.1
