New to the group - had 43 lbs to lose on Tuesday and already lost 3.5 (I know the weight loss will even out!). Looking to lose 1.5 lbs a week by counting every calorie and sticking to my Fitness Blender programme. 50 this year and the heaviest I've been....THIS IS THE YEAR
