Hello Everyone, I am pleased to be here as well as look forward to the journey ahead. I am a mother of five my youngest is the only one still at home. I am trying to focus on myself for a change. I have been so focused on my family and neglectful of myself for so long which is part of why I am in the shape I am in. But that is all changing for the better. I look forward to a more healthy life so that I may be here for my grandkids.
