Thanks for the welcome. Starting a new year fresh. Aim to loose 45-50kg through eating well and exercising. Looking forward to using this app and community to help me on my journey. Week 1 and already started doing 10,000 steps a day. Already walked 34km in my first week and keeping track on my calorie intake. I'll report how I go at least once a week. Cya
