Hey guys, just entered all my info and my calories for the day are around 2100.. is this taking into account a deficit already? Or do I create my own deficit afterwards? Over 2000 seems like a lot, should I change this to 1800? Or even 1500? Thanks!

If you told MFP that you're trying to lose weight, then yes, your deficit is calculated into that. Depending on how tall you are and how much you need to lose, it could very well be accurate.0

When you entered your info, did you tell MFP you are trying to lose weight? How many lbs per week did you want to lose? Are you in a very active job?
Yes the deficit is calculated into the number MFP gives you.0
