Hi. I'm loving MFP so far - it's a great tracking tool. I was on WW last year, but the points system didn't suit me. As a vegetarian, it was too easy to go over my points with carbs and fats. I much prefer to count kilojoules and see the nutrient stats too. I obviously need more protein and iron and less sugar.
I've joined two groups - 40 and Fabulous and Emotional Eating. Pretty much sums me up. I'm hoping these groups are a good place to find a like-minded support group of friends. I have about 25kg to lose, but I'm starting small with a goal of 5kg. Cheers, Em.
