macros - very new to this!

I see that many people recommend the IIYFM for determining the proper combination of carbs/fat/protein.

So based on my current weight , it's telling me the following daily:
Carbs 23
Fat 93
Protein 232

HOW ON EARTH can I possibly get 232 grams of protein in per day and only 23 carbs??? And 93 fat sounds REALLY HIGH.

What am I missing on this? I've never used the IIFYM calculator so once I put in my stats, I left everything as the default settings.
