My name is marlene, I’m new here , I’m 52 and find it hard to lose weight now, Im quite close to my target weight but would love to get rid of a ring of belly fat round my middle, good luck to everyone here

    Sometimes I think a miracle is the ONLY thing that will get rid of my belly haha...maybe I’m retaining water??...I’m trying to drink less coffee and more green tea to see if it helps.....but I’m not cutting out the wine lol xxx
