Peanut free engery bite ideas?
Hi all!
So I am a big snacker and have been trying to think of good, healthy ideas lately. I know store bought granola bars sometimes aren't actually that healthy, so I was looking online for some healthier options and came across some energy bite recipes! They look sooooo cute and tasty I want to make some, however it seems most are held together with peanut butter, which I dislike! Does anyone know of any simple, yummy recipes that don't involve peanut butter or hard to find ingredients? Thanks! 🙂

I love energy bites too. Keep in mind they are calorie bombs so track accordingly.
I find that proportion matters. Too much sticky stuff and they are too sticky. Not enough sticky stuff and they fall apart.

I have replaced peanut butter with sunflower butter in a recipe and it turned out the same consistancy and my family liked it.1
