1068 Calories Remaining

Short story: courtesy of sleeping late on my day off, an 800 calorie burn for cardio day, and eating rather minimally, I have what amounts to a day's worth left to eat and no time to eat it.

Anybody have ideas for really quick meals that don't involve alcohol that will boost me above a net of 300 for the day?

    Any sort of nuts...a peanut butter(heavy) and jelly sandwich with a big glass of milk :)

    All of the above ideas are great. I happen to save them for weight loss. It works for me and my body.

    I had a day like that, too. I'm a 5'3" woman and can't possibly eat that many calories back unless I eat junk food or sweets. I don't worry about it. You'd have to do that for a long time before you hurt yourself. I refuse to force my body to eat food that I don't want (just as I wouldn't force myself to go without food if I were genuinely hungry).
