Trying to lose 70 lbs and get fit!

Hi Community. I've been using MFP through the holidays which had up and down results. I'm 56 and started at 220 lbs and I'm down to 209.7. My goal is 150 lbs and to be as active as I was when I was younger. I weigh use the Withings Body+ scale everyday everyday and have the Steel watch to motivate my moving. Up to walking .62 miles at a time, which is an accomplishment for me and adding some balance and stretching exercises to wake up those long time sleeping muscles. Any encouragement, stories, or friendship requests would be awesome. Thanks, Kathy
