Hello everyone. I just joined today. I have 75 lbs to lose. I will be celebrating my 30 yr wedding Anniversary Nov 2019 and after this Christmas season and feeling and looking awful, always in pain and 😓. It’s time to get serious about my situation. Encouragement is needed and compassion. I’m starting a 7 day cleanse tomorrow and then it’s ON. Good luck everyone. Be Blessed.
