How do you quickly lose weight after a binge weekend?

I need some help. Recently lost about 20 lbs after eating healthy and working out for 3 1/2 months to reach my goal weight of 145 lbs by this past Saturday for a friends wedding. However, at the wedding I managed to binge eat my way back to 155 lbs in a total of 2 days! After stepping on the scale I immediately felt heartbroken and depressed about the choices that I had made . I was curious to know if there was any advice about calorie restriction or working out that could bring me closer to where I was faster. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.
