Excited to be joining the group

Hi. I’ve used Fitness Pal to track my food intake for a few years but just now upgraded to Premium. I’m about to turn 70 (yikes) and have lost 35 lbs over the last year or so using the Mediterranean diet. Basically it’s just eating healthy! Have slipped a bit lately, I’m a stress eater so have recently started meditating. I belong to the local Y but have trouble with many of the programs due to various health issues. I’m looking forward to joining this group!
