Pulled Muscle - Forced Rest Day #Bored

I pulled a muscle doing ripped in 30. I'm super bummed about it!* Was going to move onto level 2 today, hopefully I can do it tomorrow, will see how my back feels.

Any tips on how to speed up recovery? My husband rubbed my back to try and get a knot out but I think he made it worse?

*Note: Not RI30's fault - I did the warm up and cool down, etc, I've done RI30 before with no issues so I don't want to put anyone off, these things just happen sometimes :)

    BCAA's and Protein help alot.

    I found Icyhot patches to help out a bit.
