so for the past 4 days i have been going to spinning class first thing in the morning...i feel like i should be healthier, but i get bloated and feel fat for the rest of the day. also, i have gained weight since last week. i am drinking water, and sleeping better/not eating a lot at night. today, i did not work out because there was no class this morning, and i feel thin and fit into my clothes a lot better. does this happen to anyone else? i am losing my urge to work out because it just does not make me feel like i am losing weight.... whats the deal?
thanks everyone! happy friday!!

I do 3 a week usually (doing one at 6:30 tonight), I gotta eat something before it and I feel great afterwards, and let your body recover. Make sure you are eating heathy, because under intense physical activity your body needs fuel, I made the mistake of going to a 5:45am on an empty stomach and could barely move my legs. I dont have an idea why a spin class would make you feel bloated0

some people, like my sister, experience edema when they first start working out. here's an article about:

hope that helps you. My sister's body got used to it all about a week to 10 days into it. she still jokes about shocking her system!0 -
Your muscles are probably in shock from all the exercise. Holding onto all the water they can. So today when you don't workout it starts to release that.0
