    When I work nights I like to bring one full meal, and then snacks like eggs oatmeal bananas w/pb(sugar and salt frèe) and cashews if I need to snack.

    And although its often hard, and not for everybody, I often try to Intermittant fast for 12 to 16 hours, I just start after the big meal around 8pm, and drink alot of water all night, until i wake up around 12 noon. Depends on your goals of course. Its been effective for maintaining weight without dieting, and or cutting weight with minimal excercise.

    I log monday from the time I wake up monday until I go to sleep, even though a monday late snack is technically eaten on tuesday.
