Needing help and support for a newbie

Hi Everyone Looking for inspiration from all of you who struggle not only to make the correct food go in your mouth but to keep moving everday. I am starting a 5-2 strategy in which I eat everything I like (in moderation of course) and other 2 days eat only 500 calories. The Science seems to be there for this and was wondering if anyone on here follows anything similar? Would love to have feedback.
