I'm going to start adding the recipes I have already tried and like into a notebook so I'm not trying to track down recipes I've used before in my screenshots or trying to locate that one variation on a random website. I will also add my successful jabs at creating my own recipes. Tomorrow I'm going to try to make ground beef into some kind of gluten free cheeseburger casserole. I hope it will make the cut!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Would it be useful for anyone if I were to share my vetted recipes through the community and to MFP friends? I will also add the MFP nutrition information along with the recipes.
Feel free to add me for clean eating ideas. I've been trying to eat as clean as possible for at least 5 years now.

Fun! I love new recipes - I have 2 if you'd like them - one for BOMB spag squash mac 'n' chz and one for lower fat, lower cal, higher nutrition quinoa and beef "taco meat" (I truly like it better than reg taco meat LOL)2

looks like you journal; do you journal your weight goals, etc? I need to do more 'clean meals' I would be interested in what you want to share; if it works out.0
