I'm Brittany, new to using a community for weight loss support. I am a new mother who has put on 90lbs post pregnancy. I enjoy 3 beers or glasses of wine per night almost 7 days a week. I have slowly started working out and I find it q challenge to get going, once I'm working out I enjoy it. I do not eat fast food, minimal breads and pasta.
My goal is to lose 100lbs.
Height: 5'5"
Current Weight: 257 lbs
Start Weight: 265 lbs
Goal Weight: 160 lbs
Plan Month 1:
1. Walk 30 mins/day
2. Complete Zumba 45-60 mins 4days/week
3. Increase water intake 2L/day
4. Eliminate alcohol intake
5. Quit smoking (finished last pack today 1/7, smoked 1pk/3-4days)
I look forward to progression throughout the year and sharing my experiences.
