Looking for support and friends and I can do the same for you. My story: In the past, I worried about calories and the number on the scale. I hardly ate, was far from healthy and underweight. Over the years I started to educate myself on nutrition, and eating clean. My goals changed to not being afraid of eating and enjoying it, gaining weight, doing strength training, building muscle and gaining strength. So far I have gained 20 pounds and now I am happy to just maintain. It can actually be difficult to maintain as my weight will tend to drop. But I'm working g on keeping it up.
